Straightening device

Eccentricity is the most common type of plastic extrusion waste, and the bending of various types of wire core is one of the important reasons for insulation eccentricity. In the sheath extrusion, the scratch on the sheath surface is often caused by the bending of the cable core. Therefore, straightening devices in various extrusion units are essential. The main types of straightening device are: drum type (divided into horizontal and vertical); pulley type (divided into single pulley and pulley group); winch type, which plays a variety of roles such as dragging, straightening, stabilizing tension; pressure wheel type (divided into horizontal and vertical) and so on.

Cooling system

Formed plastic extrusion cladding should be cooled immediately after leaving the nose, otherwise it will deform under the action of gravity. The way of cooling usually adopts water cooling, and is divided into quench and slow cooling according to different water temperature. Quenching is the direct cooling of cold water. quenching is beneficial to the setting of the plastic extrusion cladding. But for crystalline polymers, quenching is easy to cause residual internal stress in the structure of the extrusion cladding, resulting in cracks in the use process. Generally, the PVC plastic layer is cooled by quenching. Slow cooling is to reduce the internal stress of the product, in the cooling tank in different temperatures of water, so that the product gradually cooled and finalized, the extrusion of PE, PP using slow cooling, that is, through hot water, warm water, cold water three-stage cooling.

Preheating device

Preheating of cable core is necessary for insulation extrusion and sheath extrusion. For insulation layer, especially thin layer insulation, can not allow the existence of pores, the wire core before extrusion through high temperature preheating can completely remove the surface moisture, oil pollution. For sheath extrusion, its main role is to dry the cable core, to prevent the role of moisture (or wrapped around the cushion layer of moisture) in the sheath of the possibility of air holes. Preheating can also prevent the plastic pressure in extruded plastics from being quenched. In the process of extrusion, preheating can eliminate the disparity of temperature when the cold wire enters the high temperature die, and avoid the fluctuation of extrusion pressure caused by the fluctuation of plastic temperature, so as to stabilize the extrusion quantity and ensure the extrusion quality. The electric heating wire core preheating device is used in the extrusion molding unit, which requires sufficient capacity and ensures rapid heating, so that the wire core preheating and cable core drying efficiency is high. The preheating temperature is controlled by the discharge speed, which is similar to the temperature of the nose.
